We could be the ideal partner to help you achieve your goals.

IRELEC solutions help improving production quality and efficiency while ensuring the operator’s safety.

Do you want to find out more about the feasability of an automation process (sorting, handling, manufacturing, controlling…)?

IRELEC helps you ensuring a smooth & efficient transition from usual to automated processes

In an industrial world where customization and performance are crucial, our company stands out for its expertise in the design and manufacture of customized robotic equipment.

Every company is unique, with its own needs and objectives. That’s why we make a point of understanding each customer’s needs in depth. Our team of multidisciplinary experts works closely with the customer to create a tailor-made solution that precisely meets their specific requirements. Our approach is ideally suited to customers who lack experience with automated equipment, as our teams work with customers to rationalize their needs, even when those needs seem complex to describe, and at every stage they check that the customer’s needs match the proposed solution.

In addition to providing the required functions, we pay particular attention to ergonomics, to ensure smooth interaction between man and machine. Our user-friendly interface ensures that operators can use our equipment effortlessly, improving efficiency while reducing stress in the workplace.

Reliability is at the heart of our philosophy. Our equipment is designed to withstand the most demanding industrial environments. You can be confident in the longevity of our products, guaranteeing a lasting return on your investment.

Precision vs Repeatability: Do not miss the target

The excellent repeatability and high cycle rates of most robotic systems are well suited to many industrial applications, where learning work positions enables the desired operations to be carried out.

On the other hand, the common weakness of robots, and consequently of robotic equipment, is their mediocre absolute precision.

While the excellent repeatability of robotic systems is sufficient for some automated industrial processes, absolute precision is essential for certain operations, such as control and metrology of individual parts or finished products. The use of additional resources (trackers, cameras) is necessary to compensate for this lack of absolute precision, generating additional costs and a loss of efficiency.

Drawing on its proven expertise in high-precision mechanics and robotics, IRELEC has developed robotic solutions whose unrivalled level of absolute precision is built into the equipment itself, without the need for additional metrology equipment.

IRELEC, a multi-disciplinary team experienced with complex custom projects for high demanding domains

Manufacturing complex equipment for large scientific instruments is by nature multidisciplinary and highly demanding in terms of requirements and performances. At Irelec we draw on expertise in:

  • Precision mechanics
  • Precision robotics
  • Automation
  • Instrumentation

Drawing on this know-how, IRELEC provides industry with innovative technologies proven in major research infrastructures worldwide.

Our experienced project managers, engineers, and software developers can design custom solutions, build prototypes, install, and commission equipment on site and ensure the maintenance, repair, and operation over the long run.
